The maître chocolatier Davide Comaschi and resident chef Alberto Simionato revisit the classic taste of the holy week

Research and experimentation are at the base of the activities of the Chocolate Academy ™ Center Milano and Easter is definitely one of the moments of the year when chocolate plays a leading role. For this reason, the maître chocolatiers of the Barry-Callebaut school of high education in these days have indulged in the realization of new Choco-Design proposals to be presented to the general public.

Surprise for children, a moment of pleasure for foodlovers: in these weeks chocolate is ready to invade our tables and envelop us with its familiar and greedy flavor.

The maître chocolatier and chocolate designer Davide Comaschi, director of the Chocolate Academy ™ Center Milano, offers a modern version of the classic Easter egg. The artist molds the material like a contemporary Antoni Gaudì, creating a futuristic shape with colors of the past, so that the traditional egg is transformed into a real mosaic in cocoa butter and Callebaut Belgian white chocolate.

The colored tesserae gleam between them and suggesting a not too distant future in which design and taste will be destined to meet, surprising the most demanding eyes and palates.

Alberto Simionato, resident chef of the Chocolate Academy ™ Center Milan, instead suggests for Easter the fun and colorful subjects dedicated to children.
