On 16th December at the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele at 5.00 pm, during the long-awaited Christmas greetings event of the City of Milan, the Chocolate Academty Center team led by the world champion chocolatier Davide Comaschi took part in a great challenge dedicated to dessert typical of Christmas, the gastronomic symbol of Milan in the world: the panettone.
The chocolate version proposed by the Academy surprised the Milanese public both for the dimensions, of 332.20 kg of weight, with a diameter of 115 cm and a height of 150 cm, and for the design of the decorations and the delicious taste of dough and filling.
In front of a large crowd that has filled the shining Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and under the watchful eye of the delegation of the World Guinness Record convened to attest the extraordinary feat, the greatest artistic panettone in the world has been revealed. The event is organized by the Municipality of Milan in collaboration with Confcommercio Milano, Fiera Milano, which has organized the exhibition, the Milan Chamber of Commerce, APA Confartigianato Milan and the Artisan Union of the Province of Milan.
